I am a Registered Dietitian who specializes in blood sugar management and weight loss. I firmly believe that in order for people to have sustainable weight loss, they need to understand how their individual body works. If weight loss was as simple as decreasing calories, then everybody would be at their goal weight.

I am here to equip people with the knowledge and tools that they need to be successful. This goes far beyond simple calorie counting. The worst way to lose weight is to feel hungry all day! I help my clients achieve weight loss by focusing more on balancing their blood sugar and focusing on nutrients rather than calories. This method helps to ensure that people feel satisfied and are able to have food freedom and confidence with food choices.
